are your prices so low? How can you
afford to sell at these prices?
We buy in bulk and deal in very high
volume. We pass the savings on to
our clients.
Do you
charge tax?
We only charge tax if we ship to an address inside the state
of Georgia.
Does the
shipping case have wheels?
Yes. One individual should have no
problem transporting the display.
How
do the fabric panels and mural
graphics connect to the frame?
Each type of panel connects using
a magnet to magnet connection.
How long
does it take to set up and how
easy is it?
The first time, set up usually takes
approximately 15 minutes. After that,
it usually
takes less than 10 minutes. All of our products include step by step, easy to
read
instructions.
What
is your lead time?
Our standard lead time is 5-10 days.
Black and Silver can ship same or
next day and
is always in stock. Most graphics have a 3-5 business day lead-time from the
day
your artwork is approved.
Do you
sell used exhibits?
Yes. Call for an update on our inventory.
How much
will it cost to ship?
Shipping depends on where you are
located and how soon you need the
product. We
can ship anywhere in the world. Ground shipping is usually around $85.00.
How
much do your exhibits weigh?
Our 10’ exhibit weighs just
95 lbs. completely packed and can
ship on any airline.
Some airlines have weight limits 50-70 lbs and charge a weight
limit fee about
$40-$80. We do offer a 2 case option to avoid these fees.
What

We offer competitive prices on just about anything and everything available in
the
exhibit industry.
What
kind of warranty do you offer?
All of our frames have a lifetime warranty.
What
file formats do you accept for “output
ready” graphics?
We accept Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or lower, Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or lower, Quark
Express 5.0 or below, Freehand 10.0 or lower, Page Maker 7.0 or lower and Indesign
formats. Files need to be sent on disc or uploaded to our FTP site. Smaller files
can
be sent via e-mail. Our most preferred format are tif images at 75 dpi.
